                salamualeikum
                you talked about runing! i think it's not easy for every one! let's talk first of walking it's much easer and its the outdoors' sport which any one can do. all you have to do is to start vithout so much effort, then when you get into shape you fasten the steps and then you prolog the number of times you go out: for instance if you start going twice a week or 3 for 20mns, you you go on the next week for 30 mns ..you would notice afterwords, that your breathing has improved and so your steps and this is what we call footing, as you know of course...
