اليوم ان شاء الله بحول الله غادي نوريكم حرشة ديال الزنقة وخصوصا الي فالمحلابات نتمنى تعجبكم و هدا اهداء خاص للاخت ام وص
لانها طلبات مني طريقة الحرشة
بالنسبة لطريقة الحرشة مكيصوبوهاش يوميا فحالنا من الاول لا كياخدو خنشة كبيرة ديال الحرشة 25 كيلو كيضيفو ليها الملح و سنيدة و الزيت الكافي و يخلطوها مزيان فبانيو كبير و يخليوها ممكن تبقى هكدا حتى لشهر و ميوقع ليها والو و ملي كيبغيو يطيبو الحرشة كياخدو بانيو صغير و كياخدو من السميدة المخلطة و كيضيفو ليها خميرة معجونة مع شويييية من خميرة الحلوى و يخلطوها بماء عادي و يخليوها تشرب مزيان ثم كيغبرو عليها السميدة عادية على وجه الحرشة عاد كتقلبها فلجريا الكبيرة و تمسلها مزيان و تتقبها فالوسط باش يخرج الهوا و تخليها تتحمر وهاهي واجدة والحرشة الوحدة كتوزن مابين 2,5 حتى 3 كيلو فالوحدة
نخليكوم مع الصور الي كتوضح كلشي و اي تساؤل انا رهن الاشارة
هنا ضفنا الماء
و من بعد مشربات الماء رشتها بالسميدة
ثم كتقلب البانيو على الجريا
هنا مسلاتها
و هاهي محمرة و مقرمشة
وهاهي منزلة للبيع مع كاس ديال الرايب يا سلام

{ بالنسبة لكيلو ديال السميدة زيدو ليه كاس عنبة زيت رومية و 2 معالق كبار سنيدة و معلقة صغيرة ملحة و يتخلط كلشي ثم زيدو نص معلقة خميرة ديال الحلوى و معلقة كبيرة خميرة معجونة و زيدو الما دافي و يتخلط كلشي و خليه تشرب شوية وملي توجد كوروها فالسميدة و مسلوها على مقلة سخونة شوية باش متلصقش و خليهاطيب حتى تحمر }
