الغدا الصوبة دالخضر منوعة من غير الشيفلور واللوبيا الخضراء
ك اسكروط فواكه منوعة جوج شكال ولا على حسب
العشا الارز ولا سيربلاك ولا شوفان وكنفكر نبدالو السميدة تاهيا
اللحم تاع الدجاج ممكن كمية قليلة مع الصوبا يتطحن
والبيض الصفر فقط
ومن الافضل مياخدش دانون والسقاطة من الصغر
ماكلة الزنقة المعلبة بالخصوص الصوبة فممنوعة عندي فالدار
السيريلاط كنطحن معاه مرة تفاحة ولا بنانة ولا نخلطو مع الشوفان
كذلك الروز والشوفان كنخلط معاهم تفاحة
دانون تنشريه ممكن نعطيه وحدة فالنهار فحالت ما موجدش ليه الغدا ولا كاسكروط ولا العشا
كنتمنى نكون فدتك وكنتمنى نكونو صحابات ملي ولادنا قد قد نتعاونو
