البنات جبت ليكم مربى البرقوق الاحمرالصغير مذاق رائع ممكن تصاوبوه باي نوع برقوق عندكم طبعا ..برعو وليداتكم ..صايبوه بيديكم احسن من ديال المحلات وبدون مواد حافظة وكيصبر مدة طويلة
المقادير
كيلو برقوق مغسول بالماء والخل
650 غ سكر سنيدة انا استعملت السكر الكاصي
عصير نصف حامضة
ربع كاس ماء
في كوكوط او مقلاة عميقة حطي البرقوق والماء والسكر وخلي العافية مهيلة شمعة حتى يدوب السكر بدون ما يتحرق ومرة مرة حركي
طبعا البقوق الصغير بلا ما تحيدي العظم خليه يطيب حتى يتهرى واثناء التحريك معسيه بشوية حتى تتعزل العلفة ..وانتي كتحكي هزي بالصفاية وبواسطة ملعقة حيدي العلف
او ممكن تخليه حتى يبرد يبرد وتحيدي العظم بكل سهولة وترجعيه يطيب تاني
حيدت العظم كامل ودوزت المربى في طحانة بدوية ورجعتو فوق النار بعد ما ضفت عصير الحامض
وهو ساخن عمرتو في قريعات معقمين وغطيت الفم ديال القرعة بورق الطبخ وزيرت عليه وقلبت القرعة باش تشد السخونية وما يتسربش الهواء وهكا كيبقى عندك المربى سنة كاملة بلا ما يخسر
ما تنساوش تحيدو الكشكوشة لي كتتكون في سطح المربى ومتنساونيش ايضا من الدعاء لامي حبيبتي عن ظهر الغيب بالشفاء العاجل

كنصلي صلاة التسابيح تقريبا يوميا وكنطلب الدعاء ليها لعل وعسى ربي يتقبل منا الدعاء فهو كريم
المربى مشي بحب الملوك غي كيبان بحالو
اما هو كبير شوية عليه
اصلا البرقوق البلدي كيكون رفيق بزاف على العادي
