مساء/صباح الخيراات و البركات..
اولا هدي ايام مبااركة وخا اغلبية ربات البيوت منشغلات بالتجهيزات و التنظيف و الترتيب...اذكركن و اذكر نفسي بالاذكار دوما و بالتكبير في هذه الايام المبااركة ..و لا تنسونا من دعائكم بظهر الغيب يوم عرفات بالهداية و صلاح الحال و حسن الخاتمة ...
موضوعنا شهي و لذيذ ههههه غدي يكون فيه بمشاركاتكن طبعا الكثير من الاطباق و الشهيوات الخاصة بالعيد...
غدي تكون مشاهدات كثيرة متأكدة من هدشي و لكن بغينا مشااركاات اكثر ...لي دخلات متخرجش الا و هي مشاركة معنا شهيوة مهما كانت بسيطة ...
بالصور او بدون صور المهم تشاركنا شهيواتها ...
شاركوناا حلوياات كما كانت و اكيد من يديكن غتكون احلى ..
شاركونا اطباق رئيسية خااصة بالعيد...
شاركونا ولو طريقة بولفاف هههه نعم حتى طريقة بولفاف كل منطقة كتميز على الثانية...
كما قلت الطريقة تكفينا و لي جادت بالصور الله يعطيها الخير...
كذلك اجيو ندردشو و نتشاركو اجواء العيد هاد العاام ...لي غيكون مختلف عند عدد كبير من الناس بحكم هاذ الوباء المنتشر..
نسأل الله العلي القدير ان يرفعه عنا و يحفظنا و أحبتنا منه ..انه على كل شي قدير...

غدي نشارككم بحلوة عزيزة علي و من كثرة مكنديرها مبقيتش نعبر كلشي نديرو عيني ميزاني
بقلاوة بكاوكاو
كندير رابعة دقيق و ٥٠ غ زبدة و نجمعها بماء دافئ..تكون قاصحة شوية ...نخليها ترتاح ..من بعد ندير منها كويرات و نخليها عاود ترتاح شوية..نوجد الحشوة كنطحن كوكاو محمر في الفران و نزيد ليه م ك زبدة و ماء زهر الجهد لي يجمعو على حسب الكمية لي درت و القليل من القرفة للتنسيم ..
نسرح الكويرات .. لي سرحتها نحطها في الطاوة طبعا برش النشا او الدقيق ...كل مرة اشنو ندير هدي درت ٦ كويرات ..درت ٣ لتحت ثم الحشوة ثم ٣ الفوق
ملي نكمل كنظغط عليها باش تماسك العجين مع الحشوة ..نقطعها مربعات و وسط كل وحدة كندير نص كوكاو ...ندخلها للفرن ..ملي تطيب نسقيها مباشرة بالعسل
من اول مرة صاوبتها مادرتش السكر في العجين مايحتاجش بحكم كنسقيها بالعسل...و مؤخرا حتى الحشوة مع كوكاو مكنديروش و كتجي حلوة بالجهد الكافي ..
