دنجال محشو بالسردين رائع جداااااا -

ثاني حاجة هو اننا ناخد الدنجال ونقطعوه اما بالطول او دوائر ونرشه بالملح ونتركه بعض الوقت وهده العملية كتخلي الدنجال ميشربش زيت بزاف عند القلي من بعض ناخد مقلى ونديرو فيها الزيت ونقليوه بلاما دوزوه في الطحين كيولي مثل الصورة
المرحلة الموالية وهي نوجدوا شرمولة الحوت كيف كل السيدات تبارك الله كيفرفو ليها وهاد الشرمولة نخليو منها شوية باش نوجدوا لصوص مطيشة
دابا ناخدوا قطعة من دنجال كما هو مبين في الصورة
ونضع فوقها سريدينا وحدة وفوقها شوية الشرمولة كيف موضح في الصورة
بعد ذالك كلويو الدنجالة
داكشي لي نقصنا من الشرمولة كنديروه في لاصوص مطيشة ورقة سيدنا موسى ومن توجد نضعها في مول كما هو مبين ونترك قليل من لاصوص للاخير
بعدما درنا لاصوص كنستفو فيه ديك الكمية كلها ديال الدنجال معمر كيف هو مبين في الصورة
او داكشي لي بقا لينا من لاصوص كنصبوه من الفوق وندخلو الطبق ديالنا الفران وهدا هو الشكل ديالو الا خارج من الفران
