هاد المايونيز خديتو من اداعة طنجة هادي شي 12 سنة او اكثر ومن داك الوقت وانا تنعملو ومنقدرش نستغنى عليه ابدا جربت عدة مقادير ولكن هدا الافضل بالنسبة لي تيجي رائع
المقادير بيضة كاملة
اصفر بيضة مسلوقة
بطاطة صغيرة مقدار مشمشة مقشرة ومقطعة ومسلوقة
ملح نصف م ص موطارد
كاس ونصف زيت مقدار 125 مللتر
2 م ك خل
الطريقة
نعملو البيضة في الخلاط +الملح ونخدمو واحد دقيقة ثم نضيفو اصفر البيض والبطاطا يكونو سخانين باش يعقمو البيض لانو خضر والبطاطا تطحن بسهولة لانها لبردات غادي تعمل الخيوط
ومن بعد نضيفو الزيت على شكل خيط دائما مع الخلط منوقفوشي نهائي حتى نساليو الكمية والخليط يبياض ويتضاع حجمه ونضيفو الخل كدلك برفق والموطارد ورشة ابزار ابيض للدوق انا هنا معملتوش مكانشي عندي مدة الخلط تتطلب ما بين 7 الى 10د
ونصبوه في اناء راه تيكون خفيف قليلا ونعملوه في الثلاجة لمدة لا تقل عن ساعة حتى يبرد ويشبر في راسو راه عاد تيعقاد مزيان
