الطريقة:1- في وعاء متوسط، أقلي الأجنحة في الزيت، وفي الوقت نفسه امزجي الجزر والكرفس والمايونيز والجبنة والفلفل وعصير نصف ليمونه، وقلبي جيداً.
2- ضعي المزيج السابق في طبق التقديم، وفوقهم أجنحة الدجاج المقلية، وزينيها بالليمون وأوراق الخس.
