المقادير/
اللوزنصلوقوه ونحيدو ليه لقشور ونطحنوه + الكوك مطحون+ سكر كلاصي + ماء زهر باش نجمعو لعجين.+شكلاط نديروه في حمام مريم ونزيدوه زيت باش يدوب مزيان. /////
نكونو كويرات صغار نديروهم في كويغطات من بعد نسقيوهم بلشكلاط ونزينو حسب رغبة.ثم نضعوهم في ثلاجة.
تيجو روعة.
