4 بيضات + زلافة سكر + زلافة زيت + زلافة عصير برتقال + 1 كيس سكر فاني +
1 كيس خميرة الحلوة + نصف زلافة تمر مقطع قطع صغيرة + قبصة ملح + دقيق
حسب النوعية.
الطريقة =
نخلط البيض مع السكر والسكر فاني جيداً ثم نضيف الزيت ثم عصير البرتقال ونخلط الكُل جيدًا ثم نضيف باقي المقادير ، نضع خليط الكيك في صينية مدهونة بالزيت ومرشوشة
بالدقيق وتدخل للفرن حتى تنضج.
التزيين = عسل + تمر مقطع طويل .

السلام عليكم تبارك الله ما شاء الله مبدعة جزاك الله خيرا وحفظك من كل سوء كيكة مغذية إنشاء الله المرة المقبلة ديري الثمر فالطحين وغربليه لإزالة الفائض ثم صبي على العجين ثم إلى الصينية والفرن حتى ماينزلش في قعر الكيكة وهذا لباقي المكسرات والفواكه الجافة شكرا حبيبتي :84:
