خميرة معجونة
كاس حليب
ماء دافيء لجمع العجين
نوضعو الكل في القصرية
نجمعوه و نخليوو العجينة مرخوفة شوية
نخليوها ترتاح شي ساعة او اكثر
ملي تخمر نرجعو ندلكوها شوية و نخليوها تخمر تاني
من بعد نشكلو منها ڭريصات و نستفوهم في اللاطة المدهونة
