و بالنسبة للدنجال مقلي، حتى هي وصفة من المنتدى،غير ما عقلتش على سميت مولاتها، و هي الوصفة ديال بركاش الله يرحمه
كتغسلي الدنجال و تقطعيه دوائر و تديريه يتبخر شويه مع مليحه (يا الله يتبدل لونه و حيديه باش ما يهراش مرة) و من بعد مرريه في الطحين و قليه في زيت قليلة . حطيه على ورق نشاف باش ينقص ليك الزيت. كيجي هائل الصراحة
أما الصينية ديال الحوت، راها من أسهل وألذ الوصفات و كل وحدة كتفنن فيها كيف بغات
كتوجدي الشرمولة ديال الحوت: زيت زيتون+ملح+إبزار+تحميرة+قزبر و معدنوس مقطعين+ عصير حامضة + ثومه مدقوقه (كلها و شحال بغا، 3 أو 4 فصوص)+ملعقه صغيره مطيشه الحك و خلطي هاد المقادير و مرري فيهم الحوت لي عندك (أنا كان عندي باجو) من الداخل و الفوق و خليه واحد نصف ساعة يترقد.
في هاد الوقت، قطعي فلفله خضرا قطع طويلة و مطيشة دوائر و بصلة مشنفة و جزر، يا إما قطعيه رقيق يا إما صلقيه نصف صلقة.
في إناء الفرن، ديري واحد معلقة أو جوج من الشرمولة و سرحيها في قاع الإناء تو تسفي عليها البصلة و الجزر و ديري فوقهم الحوتات ديالك وفوقهم الفلفلة الخضرا و المطيشة.
يمكن للتزيين و التنسيم تزيدي دوائر ديال الحامض و فلفلة حارة و زيتون خضر مقطع ثم في الأخير فرغي على الكل، الباقي من الشرمولة.
ديري الإناء ديالك في فرن ساخن وغطيه نورق الألمنيوم
واحد 30 دقيقة و زولي الورق و خليه مزال واحد 10 دقايق
