انا كندير فيها البطبوط طايب من قبل و معمر او كندير فيها حتى الكومير او حتى الخبز العادي و معمر و كنحطو فيها حتى كيسخن مزيان
و هاد الحشوة كتعجبني عادية و ساهلة و كتجي بنينة كندير مطيشة نقشرها و نقطعها مكعبات و نزيد عليها الملح و الإبزار و شوية العطرية الشوارما الى كانت عندك و من بعد ما تطيب نزيد عليها الكفتة متبلة و ملي تطيب نطفي عليها و نزيد عليها الخس مقطع صغير شوية و من بعد نعمر البطبوط لي طايب من قبل او الخبز او الكومير و نرش على الحشوة الفرماج احمر و نسد و نحطهم فالآلة ديال البانيني حتى يتحمرو شوية و بالصحة و الراحة
