اليوم بغيت نوريكم طريقتي فتحضير البطاطة الحلوة نتمنى تعجبكم
كتجي زوينة خصوصا أن ديك الحلاوة كتهرسها الحموضية وكتجي لذيذة
المقادير ساهلة وبسيطة
نص كيلو بطاطة مقطع مكعبات صغيرة
نص حامضة
2 ضريسات ثوم
قصبور ومعدنوس
3 معالق زيت الزيتون
ملح سكنجبير زعفران أو خرقوم بلدي
الطريقة :
كنديرو البطاطة ديالنا فالكوكوط ولا الطنجرة ونشحروها شوية نزيدو الحامض مقطع حتى هو مربعات
من بعد نديرو الماء الكافي ونخليوها طيب حتى تشرب مزيان
وكنحطوها كطبق جانبي
نخليكم مع الصور التوضيحية
وهاهي ملي طايب وشربات مريقتها جات واقفة
