السلام عليكم اختي ايلا بغيتي نعطيك المقاديرالي كندير انا كنعتمد في كل شيئ جميع انواع الحلويات الكركاعة ود الكنفيتير المهم بلا منطول عليك و تقدري ديري غير النص حتى تجربي .250غ زبدة كاس زيت كاس حليب 2كيسان سكر 4صفر د البيض نصف خمارة و الدقيق الخليط خلطي الزبدة و السكر مزيان ثم بقيت المقاديرو سمحيلي طولت عليك
المقادير :
250 غ الزبدة + 200 غ سنيدة + كأس زيت (العنبة) + 4 بيضات + خمارة وحدة + الطحين حسب الخليط + قرصة ملح + النسمة حسب الرغبة .
غير ملي تعجنيها درها فالثلاجة نصف ساعة عاد خدمي بها او ملي تبغي تورقها دريها بين 2 ورق المطيخ او البلاستيك الى نادرتيش هاطا غاتعدبك فالخدمة الغيدائي او ماترقيهاش بزاف
