بطاطا مسلوقة كما هو واضح
صلصة البشاميل
الكاشير مدخن او عادي حسب متوفر
وفرماج متزريلا او فرماج احمر مبشور
القليل الكوزة
من بعد ما تنحضرو صلصة (اللى الكل تيعرف العملية) تنصب القليل منها في مول
تنصفف لبطاطا
ونرشها بكمية مهمة من الكاشير مبشور ررررقيق
نصب الفوقٌ منها القليل من صلصة مرة اخرى
ونكرر العملية
يعني نعمل طبقة من بطاطا وطبقة من الكاشير واخير صلصة
كما هو واضح في صور
ندخل كرتان للفرن ساخن من قبل لمدة 5دقائق ونخرجه ونعمل عليه فرماج وندخله مجرد ما يدوب نخرجه
ونقدمها ساااخنة
بالصحة والراحة
