الطريقة
تجمع العجين وتدخل الثلاجة ترتاح 1/2 ساعة
وتطلق وتعمر بثلث الزبدة تكون باردة كما في الصورة
ونطويوها على3
ونطلقوها
ونطويوها على 4 بحال المسمنة
وندخلوها للثلاجة ترتاح 1/2 ساعة ونعودو نفس العملية مع باقي الزبدة
كل مرة ترتاح في الثلاجة 1/2 ساعة
وهاي واجدة عمليه في بلاستيكة وخليها في المجمد لوقت الحاجة
الطريقة
تطلق العجين وتقطع مربعات على حسب الكبر المرغوب فيه
الشكالشكل الاول
تقطع الزواية الاربع للمربع
ونوضعو مقدار م ص من المربى او كرين باتيسيير في الوسط وتجمع الزوايا للوسط بحيث تغطي الحشوة
وفي الخير نحصل على شكل وردة
نعملوها في الثلاجة واحد10د باش تبرد الزبدة ونطيبوها في فرن ساخن مسبقا ومنين تعلى او تنفخ نقصو عليها النار باش طيب من الداخل
الشكل الثاني
تنقطعو المربع من الزوايا 2 المتقابلة
وتندهنوهم بالبيض او بالحليب
ونقلبو كل زاوية على الاخرى المفابلة

ونفش الشيئ نعملوهم يبردو ونطيبوهم
ونعمروهم بالكريم باتيسيير
ونزينو بالفاكه لموجودة عنا

ومني نزينوهم ندهنوهم اما بالناباج او بالمربى سائل

واش الزبدة كل مرة نطوي فيها العجينة نزيدها ثلث يعني 3 لفات ب-3 قطع زبدة حيت هادي طريقة جديدة فالطي لكن النتيجة رائعة
