دنجال منسم بالكامون و الثوم المجفف مقلي مرفوق بصوص طارطار بالمراحل و الصور
طريقة التحضير : نتبل الدنجال من الجهتين بالملح و الكامون و الثوم المجفف ثم نفندوه في الدقيق تم البيض تم الشابلير و يقلى في زيت ساخن ثم يستقطر من الزيت و يوضع فوق الورق النشاف ثم يقدم مرفوق بصوص طرطار رها كتجي معاه ممتااااااازة بالصحة و العافية

تبارك الله عليك احبيبة وصفة راقية بمعدات بسيطة و في المتناول.غادي تفيدني بزاف حيت تنحماق على الدنجال مقلي لكن مع المرارة الزيت تيعملي فضيحة في المعدة. الله ينول ليك اللي في مرادك ويحفظ ليك حبيب القلب رياض بما حفظ به الذكر الحكيم. طلب منك و ماترديهش في وجهي حبيبتي وصفة صلصة طارطار الله يطول في عمرك.
