العجينة درت فيها غير الفورص و شوية القمح و مليحة و شوية الخميرة و الماء الدافي
تعجن و تدلك مزيان و تبقى مغطية حتى ترطاب
من بعد نكورها كويرات صغار
و نورقهم الزبدة و الزيت و السميدة و خمارة حمرا
و ندير وحدة وسط وحدة
حتى نكمل كل الممسيمنات
و نطيبهم في المقلة التقيلة على نار مهيلة و بلا منزيد الزيت
و بالصحة و الراحة

يا ترى ما هو وزني عند الله!؟
أقف وأحاسب نفسي فالأيام تمشي بسرعة ولن يبقى إلا العمل الصالح
فتن الدنيا تموج بنا والأحداث تتسارع من حولنا والأموات يتسابقون أمامنا..
