قريصة خمارة معجونة
ماء لجمع العجين
للحشوة
كمية من البصل مشظة ومشحرة مع زيت وملح
زعتر منقي ومغسول
فرماج السندويش حسب عدد حبات المسمن لي ناوية توجدي
الطريقة
نخلطو مقادير العجين ونعطيوها دليك لمدة 10 دقائق لحقاش سميدة تبغي دليك نخليوو عجينة ترتاح شوية ونقطعوها كرات صغار في الزيت ونخليها ترتاح 10 دقائق قبل التعمار
نسرحو الكرة الاولى مزيان ونحطو ملعقة او اكثر من البصل المحمر نحطو فوقها فرماج السندويتش او ممكن نعوضوع بكمية من الفرماج الاحمر او اي نوع اخر
نرش الزعتر بكثرة ونرد الوجه الاول للعجينة على الحشوة ثم الوجه التاني للحصول على مستطيل طويل ..نرد الجهة اليمنى على الوجه ونقلب لمسمنة ديالنا ونرد الجهة اليسرى على الجنب لي كان التحت ...باش متتقطعش لينا لمسمنة ..وفي هاد الحالة منحتاجوش نديرو مسمنة في وسط مسمنة ..هاد الطريقة احسن وكافية
