اخواتي الغاليات جبت ليكم اليوم كريم كراميل كيجي رائع وسهل جدا واسهل من لي كنت حطيت قبل نتمنى الوصفة تنال استحسانكن
المقادير :
4 بيضات
4 معالق سنيدة
فاني
نصف لتر حليب بارد
للكراميل : كاس سنيدة
الطريقة :
caramel :على نار مهيلة نضع كاسرول فيه سنيدة ومانحركوهش حتا يبان لينا ان السكر بدا يدوب عاد نحركو حتى نحصلو على كراميل ، نصبه في اناء خاص بالفرن او في قوالب فردية
لتحضير الفلون :
ناخد 4 بيضات مع سنيدة والفاني ونخلط الكل حتى الحصول على خليط كريمي ونبدا نضيف الحليب البارد شوية بشوية وحنا نحركو من بعد نصبه فوق الكراميل ونضع الاناء وسط اناء آخر به ماء ساخن يعني غادي نطيبوه بطريقة حمام مريم وندخله الفرن مدة 45 دقيقة ممكن اكثر حسب نوع الفرن (الفرن مسخن من قبل )
