أفكار لبيت بارد في الصيف و لحفظ أولادك من الحر -
أناقة مغربية
قبل كل شي مبروك عليك هاد الأيام الفضيلة و ربي يبلغكم شهر رمضان و يكون بالمغفرة و العفو و باستجابة الدعاء,اللهم آمين
جيت اليوم اقترح عليكم بعض الأفكار,لي تتخلي بيوتكم باردة في الصيف
- أول حاجة لا تدعي الستائر مفتوحة ,لكي لا تدخل أشعة الشمس
- إفتحي النوافذ لتهوية بيتك باكرا خصوصا بعد صلاة الفجر,يدخل نسيم بارد ينعش بيتك ,(سبحان الله فعلا كما ورد في قوله تعالى {وَالصُّبْحِ إِذَا تَنَفَّسَ},و قد ثبت علما أن نسية الأكسجين التي تكون في تلك الفترة لا تكون في اليوم كله..)
- و في الفترة الصباحية سَيْقِي الدار و غلقي النوافذ بهاد الطريقة غادي تحافظي على البرودة ديالها
- الزرابي لها دور في حرارة البيت,المفضل أن نزيلها,(مرات تنلقاو ربة البيت عندها 2 أنواع من الطلامط باش تتبدل بيت الجلوس,فمن الأفضل تستعمل لي خفاف,و تزول ديال الموبرا مثلا..)
- من الأفضل تغلقي الأشياء لي تنتج الحرارة بحال الفران ,سوشورا(مجفف الشعر),المصابيح,غسالة الصحون...
- وضعي مروحيات حتى هي لها دور مهم
دابا ننتقل لأولادنا,كيفاش نحميو أولادنا من حرارة الصيف:
- الملابس لازم تكون خفيفة و ألوان مفتوحة,لأن الغامقة تجلب الحرارة
- عودي أولادك على إرتداء القبعة عند الخروج (هادي مهمة بزاااف)
- لازم تذكري ولد بشرب الماء بين الفترة و الفترة (على فكرة الماء لا يعوض بالعصائر أو غيرها من السوائل)
- عملي لولد وجبات باردة و منعشة لتخفيف العطش و الحرارة (مثلا سلطة الفواكه:فواكه مقطعة ممزوجة بعصير ليمون مثلا..) أو مثلجات
- أخد دوش منعش بماء دافئ,لأن البارد يرجع بالعكس
- و أهم شئ متخليش ولدك يلعب في الخارج بين فترة الظهر الساعة 12 و3:00
