بما ان هاد البطبوط نال اعجاب المواطنين في دورة رمضان في اناقة مغربية ههه قررت نحطو ليكم اخواتي حتى نتوما لي محضرتوش للدورة باش تستافدو وتدعيو معاياومع وليداتي بالصلاح والتوفيق

المقادير
400 غ فرينة
100 غ سميدة
ملح
ملعقة سنيدة انا درت 2
فاني
خمارة معجونة حسب الجو
بيضة
30 غرام زبدة
ماء دافئ هزتلي لعجينة كاس ونصف ماء
الطريقة توضحها الصور انشاء الله
خلطي النواشف كلها ما عدا الزبدة تبقا حتى للاخير زيدي الماء وجمعي عجينتك ودلكيها شوية وزيدي الزبدة ودلكيها مزيان خليها تخمر في مكان دافئ حتى تتضاعف
من بعد قسمي العجينة الى كويرات انا خرجو ليا 9 ديال الكرات
كرصيهم وخليهم حتى يتضاعف الحجم ديالهم ..وقليهم في زيت ساخن والنار مهيلة دغيا يحمارو
خليهم يبردو شوية وخمسيهم في سنيدة او رشيهم بعسل او اختاري التزيين لي بغيتي انتي وخاطرك طبعا
