دنجال زعلوك بطريقة أخرى -
أناقة مغربية
هاد الطريقة ديال الدنجال زعلوك تتجي ساهلة و خفيفة وخا راه مكاينش بحال
الدنجال مشوي غير الواحد تيبغي يغير و خصوصا الا ما عندكش الوقت
المهم نخليكم مع المقادير:
كيلو دنجال
كيلو او اقل ماطيشة
قسبور ومعدنوس
تومة 3 او 4 فصوص
نصف حامضة
ربع كاس زيت بلدية
معلقة كبيرة تحميرة + معلقة كبيرة كامون + ربع معلقة الإبزار او سودانية حسب الدوق + ملح
الطريقة :
نأخد الدنجال نغسلوه مزيان و نحيدو الراس و الجانب السفلي و نقطعه على النصف تم اجزاء بالطول
تم نضعه فى كسكاس يتبخر
نأخد المطيشة و نحكها مع التوم و الزيت و العطرية و قسبور و معدنوس تنخليو منو شوية لأخير
و الحامض تنديره حتى الأخير
تنطيبو ماطيشة و منخليوهاش تنشف نبقاو مرة مرة نزيد شوية الماء
منين تطيب ماطيشة تنضيفو الدنجال مبخر بلا ما لانمعسوه و نضيف عليه الحامض معصر و شوية القسبور و معدنوس نخلوه يتشحر شيوية و نطفو عليه و ممكن تزيدي شي رشة الزيت بلدية حسب الدوق
