كاس سنيدة، كاس زبدة وزيت، 2 بيضات: واحدة للعجين، والأخرى للدهن مع شوية لحليب، 1خميرة، 1فاني، شوية الملح، خميرة الخبزحسب الجو ( أنا عملت 1م ك ونص) نصف لتر حليب، جنجلان + كنفتير أو ناباج للتزيين ( التزيين حسب الذوق)، الفورص حسب الخليط ، خاص العجين يكون رخو بحال لفي الصورة وكيتلصق شوية في اليدين.
خلطي بالطراب اليدوي كل من البيضة + سنيدة + فاني +رشة الملح+ الزبدة والزيت ، من بعد زيدي لحليب دافي لدوبنا فيه لخميرة وخلطي ، عاد زيدي الفورص مع خميرة الحلوى في آخر المطاف.
دهني إيدك بالزيت ، وخدي كويرة صغيرة ، بسطيها في ايدك وديري شكلاطة الوسط، وعاودي سديها وستفيها في مول دائري مثقوب من الوسط ( مول حجم كبير وغارق )، حتى تكملي كل العجين خليه يخمر حتى يضاعف الحجم ، دهنيه بالبيض ولحيب ورشي الوجه بالجنجلان ودخليه للفرن، وبالصحة والراحة.
