خرينكو مقرمش من الخارج وخاوي وهشيش من الوسط -
أناقة مغربية
الطريقـــــة :
خدي كسرونة، ديري فيها الماء + الزبدة +الملح + الفاني، وخلي الكل ينسجم فوق النار مع التحريك، ملي طلع الغلية، زولي الكسرونة من فوق النار ،وزيدي الفورص دفعة وحدة مع التحريك بسرعة حتى يتجمع العجين على شكل كرة، فهاد المرحلة زيدي البيضة الأولى وحركي حتى تشربها لعجينة ونفس الشيء مع البيضة الثانية.
نسخنو الزيت مزيان ونقصو عليه باش خرينكو يطيب من لداخل وفنفس الوقت يتحمر من الخارج ، ندهنو البوق بالزيت وندهنوالأصبع ديالنا لغندفعو به العجين ونقطعوالعجين باليد مباشرة فوق الزيت، من بعد نحطو خرينكو فوق الورق النشاف غير شوية، ثم نمرره في سنيدة وهو سخون، ونقدموه مع سنيدة أو صلصة الشكلاط.......(حسب الذوق) وبالصحة والراحة. هاد لخرينكو ساهل وبنين وكيوجد في 30 دقيقة.
