المقادير والطريقة :
كاس سنيدة ، كاس زبدة وزيت ، 2بيضات واحدة للعجين والأخرى للدهن، 1 خميرة، 1 فاني، رشة ملح، 2 م خميرة الخبز، نصف لتر حليب.
الكريمـــــــــــة :
2م ك بودرة كريم باتسيير ، 4 م سنيدة ، نصف لتر حليب قشرة وعصير حامضة .
للحشــــــو : شكلاط خاص بالدهن.
دفي الحليب زيدي عليه سنيدة وخميرة الخبز + الزبدة والزيت + البيضة+ الفاني+ الملح وزيدي الفورص شوية شوية حتى يتجمع الخليط ، خاصو يكون خفيف ، شكليه كويرات صغار احشيهم بالشكلاط وخليهم يخمرو، في هاد الوقت حضري الكريمة بالطريقة الموضحة في العلبة، مني توجد وقبل ما تزوليها من فوق النار زيدي ليها قشرة وعصير الحامض وخليها تبرد.
مني يخمر لبريوش دهنيه بالبيض ونسكافي ورشميه بعلامة زائد بالمقص وفوق العلامة ديري الكريمة ودخليها للفرن ، نخليكم مع الصور يمكن تشكلي البريوش حسب الرغبة.
