كريمة الزبدة (درت ثلثي المقادير)

350 غ سكر
300 غ زبدة
4 سنتسلستر ماء
انا ضفت عليها البراليني مهرمش شي كاس تقريبا (اختياري)

تنطربو البيض مع السكر حتى يتضاعف الحجم ديالو و نزيدو الدقيق غير بشوية نسرحوالخليط في الللاطة مفروشة بورق السولفيريزي ندخلوها الفران يكون سخون
الكريمة
تنديرو السكر الماء فوق البوطة حتى يبدى يغلي مزيان كتحطي حداك زلافة فيها الماء البارد كتحطي يدك في الماء البارد من بعد تتحطيها في السكر و الماء و تترجعيها للماء البارد خاص السكر يجمد ليك الا ماجمدش راه باش خاصو يطيب
فهاد الوقت كاتكوني درتي البيض يتطرب بسرعة منخفضة منين يطيب السكر تتبداي تزيديه على البيض غير بشوية و من بعد ماتضيفيه تزيدي في السرعة و تبقاي الطربي حتى يبرد البيض
الزبدة خاصها تكون بدرجة حرارة المطبخ و كتمعكيها بيدك حتى تولي بوماد و تتبداي تزيديها على البيض بالمعلقة و تبقاي الطربي حتى تحصلي على كريمة انا ضفت عليها البراليني مطحون
من بعد تنسقيو الجنواز ديالنا نديرو الكريمة و نلفوها و نزينوها بالكريمة و اللوز
