طارطة بكريم صفار البيض كراميليزي -

وصفتي اليوم هي طارطة وجدتها بمناسبة ولادة اختي والحمد الله كل لي ذاقها شكرها ومابقا منها حتى طريف ههههههههه
نتمنى تجربوها وتنال إعجابكم إن شاء الله
الجينواز المعتمدة عندي
عملت وحدة بنكهة البرتقال ووحدة بالكاكاو
قسمت كل وحدة على 2
أنا هنا بغيت طارطة تجي عالية يمكن لكم تعملو غير وحدة وتقسموها على 3 حبات 6 بيض في حرارة المطبخ + 180 غ سكر + 180 غ دقيق مغربل 2 مرات + 1 م ص خميرة الحلويات مرة كنعملها ومرة لا هنا أنا استعملتها لأنها كتخلي الجينواز تكون مقطنة أكثر
نكهت ببشر البرتقال
نفس المقادير بالنسبة للجينواز بالكاكاو فقط ننقص م ك من الدقيق ونعوضها بملعقة كبيرة كاكاو وضفت عليها ربع ملعقة صغيرة من فاني غبرة الطريقة المعتادة لأي جنواز نطرب البيض ونبدا نضيف السكر والنكهة المفضلة عندي ونطرب حتى يتضاعف الحجم 3 مرات ويبهات لونو
ثم نبدا نضيف الدقيق شوية بشوية مع التحريك من لتحت لفوق باش نحافض على كمية الهوا لي دخلت للبيض والسكر
ندخلها لفرن مسخن مسبقا على 180 درجة وغير تتحمر شوية من لفوق نشوفها واش طايبة من لداخل ونخرجها من الفرن
سقيت الجينواز وعملت عليها كمية من الكريم فريش مطرب وطريفات من الفريز
وكررت العملية حتى وصلت لآخر قطعة من الجينواز وعملتها فالكونجيلاتور على ما وجدت الكريم بصفار البيض
هاد الكريم كيشبه لكريم باتسيير لكن الفرق في كمية صفار البيض وأيضا كيتخدم بالما ماشي بالحليب
نخليكم مع المقادير والطريقة : 6 أصفر بيض + وزن أصفر البيض سكر + 30 غ نشا + 180 غ ماء + راس ملعقة صغيرة من الملون الغذائي أصفر
الطريقة : نطرب شوية صفار البيض مع الماء ونصفيهم
نخلط النشا مع السكر ونضيفهم لخليط البيض والماء نضيف الملون
نخلط ونردهم لفوق نار مهيلة مع التحريك المستمر حتى يعقاد الخليط
نخويه مباشرة فوق الطارطة إدا خليتو يبرد غادي يدمج ومايتطلقش مزيان رشيت عليه كمية من السكر البني وحرقتو باش يرجع كراميل
زينت بالكريم وبين الكريم عملت طريفات النوغاتنين
زينت الجناب
عملت شكلاط ذايب فوق بلاستيك غذائي وخليتو وحد الشوية ولويتو ولصقتو وخليتو حتى نشف وصبغتو بالبوردة الذهبية
وهاهي النتيجة نتمنى تعجبكم
