هاد الشهيوة كليتها في مقهى بمراكش كان عليها الطلب كثير وقلنا علاش ما نطلبوهاش وعجباتني بزاف كناكل ونتدوق ونبركك في شكلها ههههه وقلت ولابد ما نجربها وجات شهوة منها لي كلاها عندي كيطلب المقادير وباش ما نطولش عليكم نخليكم مع المقادير والطريقة . مقادير العجين
1 بيضة - نص كاس زيت - كاس حليب - كاس ماء - نص معلقة صغيرة خميرة الحلوى - نص معلقة صغيرة خميرة الخبز - 1 م ك سنيدة - شوية الملح - الفورص حسب الخليط للحصول على عجين سائل بحال عجين الكبك. مقادير الحشو
القليل من الكلمار - القليل من الكروفيت - شعرية صينية - زيتون وشومبنيون مقطعين رقيق - فروماج محكوك - زبدة - ملح - ابزار - هريسة - خرقوم عرق - كيتشاب - ورق موسى .
كنسلقو الكلمار لدقائق فقط مع ورقة موسى ورشة ملح ونقطعوه طريفات وكنشحرو القمرون انا كان عندي مجمد استغليت الفرصة وشللتو خفيف بالماء وعملتو مباشرة في مقلاة غير شوية مع شوية الزبدة وملح وابزاروطلق بزاف الماء حيت مجمد وزولتو من المقلاة وضفت الفرمسيل مرطبة ومقطعة لماء القمرون تشربت به بسرعة وزدت باقي العناصر زيتون وشمبنيون وهريسة وخرقوم وطريف الزبدة والكلمار+ 2 معالق كيتشاب اوصححت الدوق وبمجرد ما نساجمت العناصر زولت الحشوة من على النار وخليتها تبرد.
في هده الاثناء وجدت العجين السائل عادي عملت كلشي بالتدريج في الخلاط الكهربائى ودهنت زجاجة الفرن ورشيتها بالدقيق وعملت نصف العجين او عملت فوقه الحشوة كلها ورشيت شوية الفروماج وغطيت بباقي العجين وعملت في الوجه قطرات من الكيتشاب ودخلتها للفرن ومع اقتراب النضج خرجتها ورشيت ما تبقى من الفروماج على وجه البيتزا ورجعتها للفرن لدقائق فقط وبالصحة والراحة . ان شاء الله تجربوها وتعجبكم بحالي .
