للتزيين : 250 مل كريم باتسيير منسم بالفاني أو الحامض - تفاح مقطع - سنيدة
للدهن : مربى المشماش أو الليمون مخفف بشوية د الما و مغلي
نوجد الكريم باتسيير أولا و نخليها جانبا ثم نخلط مكونات الكيك . نخوي خليط الكيك في المول و نضع الكريم اللي وجدت بواسطة معلقة بشوية فوق الخليط و نستف شرائح التفاح و ندردر عليها السكر سنيدة و ندخلها طيب.
بعدما تطيب ندهنها بالمربي و بالصحة و الراحة.
