بسبوسة بالشكلاط والكاوكاومن مطبخي بالصور -

المقادير والطريقة
4بيضات - 4 م ك سنيدة - 6 م ك شكلاط فرمسيل - 1 فلان شكلاط - 4 م ك كاوكاو محمر ومطحون - شوية الملح - 1 م ص قهوة سريعة الدوبان - 3 خميرة - 1 فاني - كاس حليب - 2 كسان سميدة رقيقة - كاس ماعامرش فورص كاس الا ربع زيت .
نخلطو في الخلاط الكهربائي كل من البيض والزيت والحليب وسنيدة والفلان والملح ونسكافي والفاني مزيان من بعد نديرو الخليط في بول ونضيفو باقي العناصر ونخلطو مزيان ثم ناخدو قالب مربع او مستطيل ندهنوه بالزبدة ونرشوه بالفورص او السميدة او الكاكاو ونفرغو فيه الخليط وندخلوه للفرن.
في هده الاثناء نوجدو السيرو لسقي البسبوسة بحيث ناخدو كاس سنيدة + نص كاس ماء في كسرونة ونخليوه فوق النار حتى يدوب السكر ويظهرو الفقاعات نزيدو عصير نص حامضة ونخليوه فوق النار لدقائق وبمجرد خروج البسبوسة نسقيوها بالسيرو وهو سخون ونرشوها بالفرمسيل ( التزيين حسب الدوق ) ونقسموها لمربعات او معينات ونزينوها بكاوكاو محمر ونعملوها في كويعطات.
