السلام عليكم ورحمة الله تعالى وبركاته عندي لكم رغيفات تيستهل تجربوهم وترد علي الخبار...... باش ما نطولش عليكم هده المقادير 1كيلو طحين ممتاز 1بيض +1معقة كبيرة زبدة مركرين دايبة+1معلقة سكر كلاصي+خميرة الحلوة+خميرة معجونة وماء للعجن تكون العجينة مدللللللللللللللللللللللللوووووووووووووووووكة مزيييييييييييييانننننننننننن الله يرضي عليكم والطريقة ندلك العجينة تم نقطعها على شكل كويرات تم نطلق كل كويرةرقيقة مزيان نورقها مزيان تم ناخد زبدة مركرين مدوبة مع شوي الزيت ونرشها تم نرشها بالسكر كلاصي ونطووهاعلى شكل الرغيفة تم ناخد التانية ونورقها حتى هي مزيانونرشها بزبدة وزيت وسكر كلاصي ونوضع الاولى في وسط منها ونكرر العملية في كل الريفة نعمل 5 أو 6 رغيفات حتى نكمل ونتركها ترتاح من بعد نكرصها جيدا وخصوصا الجناب ونتركها تخمر شوي وندخلها الفران يكون السخون ونتركها الطيب وادا كان ممكن نطيبها في الفران ديا الغواد وبالصحة والراحة. كنتمى نكون عند حسن ظنكم. وانا كنستنى الردود ومرة أخرى بالصحة والراحة:80::p:p:p
