انا نعطيك مقادير ساهلين ديري 2 كيسان عنبة ديال لحليب و 3 صفار بيض و 3 ملاعق سنيدة و 3 ملاعق مايزينة معامرينش باش متجيش قاسحة او ديريهوم فكاسرونة فوق لبوطة حتى يعقاد او هاهو واجد نتمنى نكون فدتك

انا نوريك التكنيك او الطريقة الصحيحة
اول حاجة طربي مزيان البيض والسكر و الفاني وقشر الحامض محكوك ورشة ملح ومن الاحسن تكثري الاصفر عن الابيض كتبقاي طربي حتا الاصفر ديال البيض يبهات تقريبا كيرجع بيض وكضيفي ليه الميزينا وتخلطي مزيان وكتزيدي عليه ربع كمية من الحليب لي يكون سخون مزيااان وانت كتخلطي بسرعة وتبقاي ضيفي الحليب شوية شوية وانت كتخلطي وترجعيه لنار تكون مهيلة وانت مكتوقفيش على التخلاط
كتحصلي في الاخير على الذ كريم باتسري
وملي تحطيه يبرد باش ميديرش قشرة من الفوق دردري على وجهو سكر ناعم
هاااااااااااكاك والطريقة مختلفة تمااااااما على هاد شي لي قلتولي فالطريقة كتحط طولشي فوق عافية مهيلة والبيض كديرو كااامل حتى لالبياض ومافيهاش قشور الحامض ولا الليمون عليها جاتني زفرة ودرت بزاف غي غانلوحو شكرا ليكم حبيباتي بزاااااااااااااف والله يخليلكم ما عز عليكم
