شوية الملح
3 كيسان سميدة رقيقة
الطريقة
كنخلط بيض مع سنيدة و فاني
كنضيف زيت وحليب بالتدريــج
والسميد والخمارات في الاخيــــر كنديرو المقلات تسخن على نار مهيــــلة و ندهن بشوية الزبدة و الا ماكانتش كتلصق تدهنوها غير في المرة الاولى صافي ونديرو الاطار و نحطو 2 معالق من الخليط و نحيدو الاطار فاش نحسو بيها طابت نقلبوها تحمر من الجهة الاخرى ها هي كيفاش كتجي وهاد الصور ديال مرات اخرى
