عجنت الجميع طلقت و دخلت الثلاجة مدة ساعة و طلقت زبدة و دخلت لثلاجة
طلقت العجينة و عملت زبدة في وسط ثم طويت على 2 و سرحت و طويت على 3 و دخلت الثلاجة 30 دقيقة
كررت العملية 6 مرات و خليت تبات في الثلاجة
طلقت العجينة و قطعت مربع فولوفون و دهنت بيناتوم بالبيض و لحليب
دهنتوم و دخلتوم يطيبو من بعد ما تقبتوم مقادير الحشوة

شوية شامبنيون مقطع رقيق
البصل مقطع رقيق
2 فصوص الثوم
معدنوس + ملح + زيت
1 م ك مستردة صلصة
550 مل ماء طايب مدوبة فيه 1 ضامة البنة
30غ زبدة
30 غ دقيق
كوزة + يبزار + فلفلة حارة
دوبت زبدة و ضيفت عليها دقيق و كوزة و فلفلة حارة و يبزار و ماء بالضامة ديال البنة و خليتو يطيب حتى تقال شوية
شحرت هبرة دجاج مزيان في شوية زيت و زدت شامبنيون و بصل و الثوم
ملي تشحرو مزيان ضيفت مستردة و صلصة و معدنوس و خلطت جميع و خاليتو يبرد و عمرت مورقات
