4 معالق كبار زبدة او زين انا درت الزبدة
معلقة وسط خميرة فورية
2 معالق كبار حليب بودرة
معلقة صغيرة سكر
ملعقة صغيرة ملح
و الماء الدافئ
* نضع الدقيق و ازبدة الذائبة و السكر و الملح و نمزج الكل جيدا ثم نضيف الخميرة و الحليب البودرة و نخلط و نضيف الماء بالتدريج حتى يتماسك العجين انا عطيتها العصا مزيااان ههههههه
نتركه يخمر في انية و نغطيه
بعد ان يختمر ننزله باطراف الاصابع و نضعه على طاولة مدهونة بالزيت و نفرده بالدلاك و تلف العجين حول نفسها انا دهنتها بشوية الزبدة حيث شاطت لي ذايبة و عاد لويت العجين حول نفسه و حطيتها فمول مدهون انا درت بابي الومنيم حيث اول مرة غنستعمل المول باقي جديد و خفت يكون كيلصق من بعد فاش حطيتو فالمول دهنتو بشوية الزبدة هادي غير زدتها من عندي و غطيتو و خليتو حتى تخمر و راه دغيا كيخمر شعلا الفران حتى سخن مزيان و دخلت المول و نقصت شوية العافية و طاب على خاطرو و ما حتاجش اني نهبطو تحمر من وجهو واخا ما هبطوش لتحت
