السلام عليكم حبيباتي كي دايرين مع الصيام لبااس؟؟ الله يتقبل منا ومنكم والله يغفر لينا ماتقدم من ذنبنا وما تاخر اليوم غنقدم ليكم عصير بالليمون من شحال هدي صورتو وعااد كتاب نزلووا
نبداو بالمقادير
-1 كلغ ليمون برتقال -خيزو غير القياس باش يختر العصير و يعطيه اللون - كيلو قل ربع سنيدة -م ك سنيدة الحامضة او حبة الليم كل واحد وكيف كيسميها
نقطع الليمون كله بدون قشرة الا وحدة نخليها بقشرتها ثم نخليوه يطيب مع لتر ماء لمدة 30 دقيقة
ثم نطحنوه مزيااان و نضيفوا ليه الماء حسب الذوق بامكانك متزيديهش الماء وتخليه فالفريكو حتى تحتاجيه وزيديه القياس وبالصحة والراحة لي مفهماتش شي حاجة نشرحا ليها هاهو كاس العصير مع حرشة باللبن هاهو رابط الحرشة باللبن
