تم التثبيث في 17/07/2014.......اخت لطيفة نبدأ بالمقادير : لحم مقطع إلى مربعات وكدلك العضام _ زلفة كبيرة ديال الحمص المنقي _ كاس صغير ديال العدس _ ممكن فول عوض العدس _ زلفة كبيرة ديال القزبر مقطع _ زلفة كبيرة ديال المعدنوس _ وزلفة ديال الكرافس مقطعين _ كيلو ديال طماطم مسلوقة ومطحونة _ بصلة محكوكة _ ملح _ ابزار _ خرقوم سكينجبير _ ضامة ديال زعفران _ معلقة صغيرة ديال سمن _ عود ديال القرفة حدة بنسبة للمرحلة الأولى حك صغير ديال الطماطم المركزة _ شوية قزبر مقطع وقليل كرافس مقطع _ معلقة ديال سمن صغيرة _ كنور الغنمي بنسبة لتدورة : 150 غرام طحين _ نصف لتر ماء _ عصير حامضة صغيرة [URL=http://www.anaqamaghribia.com/pic/][/URL
كنبداو بتحضير التدويرا كنخلطوا الدقيق والماء وعصير حمض بخلط يدوي وكنغطوها ونخلوها تخمر فشي مكان دافي
كنبداو بمقادير المرحلة الأولى في كوكوت كنودعو الحمص والعدس والبصل والقزبر المعدنوس والكرافس _ واللحم _w طماطم محكوكة _ ملح _ ابزار _ سكنجبير _ خرقوم _ عود القرفة _ ضامة الزعفران _ سمن ونزيد الماء ولا لقيتوا عملوا الكمية الكافية من الماء من الأول تم نسد عليها 25 دقيقة أو أقل حسب نوعية اللحم منين طبت نزيد كميات من الماء سخون ونعملو مركز الطماطم وضامة البنة ممكن كدلك الشعرية أن ما عملتهاش
نخلو المقادير تغلي قليلاً ونزيد التدويرا من بعد ما خمرت ما نزدوهش كاملة نشوفو على حسب الختورية
ونبقاو نحركو مرة مرة حتى ما تبقاش هديك الرغوة البيضة ديال التدويرا كتباًن ومن بعد كنزيدو سمن وهداك القزبر وكرافس لخلينا ونخلوها واحد 10 دقائق ونطفو ونزيد واحد 2 بيضات مطربين
ونقدموها بصحة وراحة نتمنى اخواتي تعجبكم
