150 gr زبيب مرقد فالماء + قطيرة خل ابيض

معدنوس بزار ملح عطرية
200 gr لوز مقشر
كاس زيت المائدة
3زلايف روز
رجلين دجاجة وجناوح وشي تقيطعات شاطو ليا من واحد صدر كنت درتو قطاب
زدو العطرية + البصلة +الزيت+ لبزار +الملحة شوية بالزايد لان الروز كايبغي الملحة
درتهم يتشحرو مزياان
غسلت الروز في الصفاي باش مايتشرب الماء
حطيتو
هاهو الدجاج تشحر مزياااااان ودخلو الطياب
حيدتو وخليت غير هذوك لعظومة باش يطلقو فالمرق
هاهو فاش حيدتو
كانشد الزلافة باش عبرت الروز كاندير لكل زلافة روم 2 زلايف ماء
وكانمرق الكوكوت
زدت الزعفران والقرفة وسديتها وخليتها من بعد ماصفرت 3دقايق
حمرت اللوز
حمرت الدجاج فالمقلة ولكم الاختيار تحمروه في الفران
ملي صفرت الكوكوت زدت الروز
زدت الزبيب من بعد ماصفيتو من الماء
وستفت من الفوق الدجاج ومانحركش لا زبيب ولا دجاج نخليهم لفوق وسد الكوكوت وننقص النار ونخليها تطيب حتى تصفر بشي 6 دقائق ونفتحها
