كيش بالكريم باتسيير والتفاح والموز -

السلام عليكم كيفكم يا احلى حبوباتي انيقاتي
نبداو بادن الله مقادير الكيش
عملت 250 كرام طحين وشوية ملح و60 كرام سنيدة هادشي كلو رملتو ب 125 كرام زبدة بحرارة المطبخ
خليتها واحد 5 دقايق من بعد ضفت بيضة
وجمعت العجينة بسرعة وكورتها وعملتها في منديل ودخلتها للتلاجة 30 دقيقة
دابا طلقتها بالمدلك عملتها في المول مدهون ومرشوش وثكيتها بالفرشاة ودخلتها للفرن تطيب
في هاد الاثناء حضرت كريم باتسيير انا عندي ديال البكية خديت منها 3 معالق كبار من البودرة وضفت عليها 4 معالق كبار سنيدة وساشي ديال الزا بنكهة الليمون ونصف ليتر حليب وعملت الكل على نار مهيلة مع التحراك بمعلقة خشبية حتى يعقاد الخليط
دابا هاهي خرجتها من الفرن
هنايا صبيت عليها كريم باتسيير
وهانايا ستفت التفاح شراح والموز دوائر ورشيت فوق منهم شوية سنيدة
رجعتها للفرن ولكن وضعتها في الاسفل باش يتحمر التفاح شوية
هاهي منين خرجات من الفرن
الان دهنتها بالناباج مسخن شوية
هاهي وضعتها في طبق التقديم
بالصحة والراحة
اللهم استرها معانا دنيا واخرة
