    السلام عليكم البنات عفاكم عندي مشكل معرفت اش غندير انا جسمي كلو نحيف جداااااا و هزيل و لكن عندي منطقة الارداف و الكرش غلاض شويا و الا تزاديت في الوزن هده المنطة بوحدا لي كتزاد معرفت اش غندير بغيت نغلاض شويا فباقي جسمي و لكن اكرش و الارداف ابقاو كما هما :s5334: معرفت واش هدا المشكل عندو حل ولا لا لي عندها شي حل ولا وصفة ما تبخلش عليا بيه و جزاكن الله خيرا
