تشيز كيك بالعسل ساهل و لذيذ و بمقادير بسيطة (بالمراحل المصورة)
نزيد الزبدة مقطعة طريفات صغار و الفاني و البيضة و نخلط
ها الخليط اللي حصلت عليه
ناخد اطار و نلبسو بالورق السولفيريزي و نحطو على لاطة مغطية بنفس الورق
نفرغ خليط البسكوي و نحاول نوزعو وسط الإطار بالتساوي
نضغط عليه مزيان بظهر الملعقة و هاهي النتيجة
ندخلو للثلاجة بينما وجدت خليط الجبن
نعمل كل مقادير الطبقة التانية فالخلاط و نطربهم مزيان لمدة 5 دقائق على الأقل
ها الخليط واجد
نجبد المول من الثلاجة و نصب الخليط فوق الطبقة ديال البسكوي
ندخلو للفران يكون سخون و نخليه حتى يعقد الخليط (ممكن نقلبو بقطيب خشبي أو موس إلا خرجتيه ناشف يعني طاب)
ملي يطيب نطفي الفران و نخلي التشيز كيك الداخل و الباب ديال الفران مفتوح لمدة نصف ساعة
هاهو ملي خرجتو من الفران
نخليه حتى يبرد مزيان عاد نزينو بالكركاع و نصب عليه العسل من فوق
