السلام عليكم انا اسمعت الذكتور الفايد وكان تيحلف بالله بان اوراق الجيلاتين راهم حرام وقال بالحرف احرام على اصحاب الباتيسريات تيديروه للناس في الحلويات وخا مكتوبه فيه حلال راه مصنوع في اوروبا والله اعلم انا بعدا لا استعمله ومتنكولش الحلويات الي مصنوعه بيه خاصتا هادو جاتو كلاصي احدرو اخواتي
اما الجيلاتين الحلال هو اجار اجار لانو نباتي agar agar
اختي الا عندك تنفضل انك ترميه ومتبقايش تشريه يكون احسن اي حاجه فيها شبه من الاحسن اننا نتجنبوها

كيف واضح فالعنوان بغيت شي وصفات ساااهلين كيستعملو فيهم اوراق الجيلاتين عندي بزاف والتاريخ قرب يسالي خفت غير يضيعو
بغيت شي وصفة ديال لاكلاص مثلا ولكن سااهل ماهل بمكونات سهلة ومتوفرة

من مدة كانت عندي عدة أوراق من الجيلتين وسمعت أنها تصنع من الخنزير ورميتها كلها بدون تعليق
والله المستعان زد على ذلك أن د محمد الفايد الله يجازيه عنا كل خير قال الكثير عن هذه الاوراق

كنت خديت كرطونة فيها 10 د ساشيات وكل ساشي فيه 10 اوراق ب 200 درهم انا غير تصيدت شفت الثمن فمرجان فيه 20 درهم يحساب ليا الكرطونة ب 20 درهم ساعة راه غير ساشي واحد اللي ب 20 درهم والمشكل مشفتش الثمن فالفاكتورة حتا رجعنا للدار حيت تقدينا بزاف دالحوايج مجموعين داكشي علاش مرديتش البال

هاد الوصفة كتحيد النقط السوداء و حتى الشعر الرقيق اللي فالوجه
غادي تدفي شي معلقة ولا 2 ديال الحليب و دوبي فيهم ورقة ديال الجيلاتين عل نار مهيلة حتي يدوب كليا و تديريه بحال ماسك و تخليه حتى ينشف
غادي تحسي بوجهك كارم و يحال شكل ديال بياض البيض ايوا من بعد تبداي تقلعي فيه باطراف الاصابع تيخلي الوجه رطب و تيدي معاه الشعر و les points noirs
وهانتي ماواكلاش الجيلاتي و ماليحاهش باش ماتبقاش فيك 200 درهم
