كناخدو مقلة نعملو فيها شوية زيت الزيتون ونحطو فيها السمك و الكلامار مع شوية ملح وإبزار نخلوهم يتقلاو شوية ومن بعد نضيف التوابل والزيتون والمصير و الشومبينيون ونخليهم يتقلاو شوية
تم نضيف الشعرية الصينية لي رقدناها في الماء غليان وصفيناها وقطعناها نخلط الكل ودائما فوق النار ملي كلشي يتخلط ويتجانس نطفيو العافية ونضيفو الربيع ونخلطو . تم نبداو في توجاد البسطيلة ديالنا مع ذهن الورقة بالزيت ثم ندخلها الفرن
