3 ملاعق كبيرة حليب غبرة
2 ملاعق كبيرة سنيدة
1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
1 ملعقة كبيرة خميرة معجونة
المرحلة الأولى نخلط 2 كؤوس ماء دافي
2 كؤوس دقيق
3 ملاعق كبيرة حليب غبرة
2 ملاعق كبيرة سنيدة
1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
1 ملعقة كبيرة خميرة معجونة جيدا نتركها لمدة عشر دقائق.من بعد كنضيفو 3 كؤوس دقيق
و نصف كأس زيت المائدة و نخلطها جيدا و نتركها تدلك لبضعة دقائق وتكون جاهزة للإستعمال وطيب مباشرة بلا منعودو نخمرومها لأنها خمرات في الأول
