كيلو لوز + 250 غرام سكر كلاسي + نص كاس ما زهر + معلقة كبيرة زبدة + معلقة صغيرة قرفة + كيلو ورقة بسطيلة + شوية الطحين مخلط مع الما باش نلصق البريوات ملي نطويهم
نصلق اللوز يعني نخوي عليه الما طايب و نغطيه واحد 5 حتى 7 دقائق و نبدا نقهيه نقسمو على 2 نص نحمرو و نص الآخر نخليه أخضر أنا كانحمر اللوز غي الفران بلا زيت
نطحنو المرة الأولى و نخلط اللوز الأخضر مع اللوز المحمر
نزيد السكر كلاسي و نخلط الكل و نعاود نطحنو مرة ثانية
ملي طحنتو المرة الثانية
نزيد عليه الزهر و القرفة و الزبدة و نعركو مزيان باش ينساجم الكل
ندير كويرات صغار
و نقسم الورقة بحال لي شفتو و نلوي البريوة
ملي يبقى لي قد هكذا ندهنو بالخليط لي حضرت بالطحين و الما و لصق مع جناب
ملي نكمل كولشي نسخن الزيت و نسخن العسل و نزيد عليه شوية ما زهر و مسكة حرة مدقوقة
و نقلي فالزيت و نضفي مباشرة فالعسل
نخليهم شوية فالعسل و نقطرهم فشي شبكة و نحتافظ بهم
بالصحة و الراحة
بالنسبة لبروات أنا كانقلي غي القياس و نخبي الباقي في المجمد ملي نبغي ثاني نجبد القياس لي غادي نحتاج مثلا لأسبوع باش تبقى دائما سخونة و أي حاجة غادي تخبى فالمجمد نفرق الصفوف ببلاستيك غذائي أو ورق الألمنيوم باش ما تلاصقش مع بعضها البعض
