ان شاء الله اليوم نقدم ليكم طريقتي فتحضير شنيك بالتفاح كيجي راااااااااااائع و رطططططططب
حاجتنا ل:
الطريقة الاولى بالنسبة اللي غادي يعجنو غير بيديهم : فاناء ندير 40 غ دقيق مغربل +خميرة+40غ سنيدة+25 ملل حليب دافئ نخلط الكل و نخليهم يخمرو فمكان دافئ .
من بعد ما يخمرو فاناء اكبر ندير باقي المكونات - اي الكمية اللي بقات من الدقيق+الملح+زبدة+اصفر البيض+فاني+الكمية المتبقية من الحليب -
ونزيد عليهم الخليط اللي خليناه خمر من قبل و نعجن الكل مزيااااان مزيااااااان و نخليها تخمر لمدة 1 ساعة.
الطريقة الثانية بالنسبة اللي يعجنو بالعجانة:
ندير فالعجانة حليب دافئ نزيد اصفر البيض نزيد زبدة سنيدة فاني الخميرة الدقيق مغربل + الملح و نخلي الكل يتعجن مزيان منين تكمل العجانة نطفيها نخليها ترتاح واحد 5 دقائق و نعاود نعجنها للمرة الثانية
و نخليها تخمر كذلك 1 ساعة.
فهاد الوقت نوجدو الحشوة
نقي التفاح و نقطعو مربعات نزيد عليه 3 م ك سنيدة + 2 م ك ماء
ونخليهم على النار 15 دقيقة حتى ينشف و يتعسل و نخليه يبرد بحال الصورة
هنا خمرات العجينة
نرش سطح العمل بالدقيق و نزل العجين
و نطلقها مزيان و نفرش عليها التفاح اللي عسلناه
نلويها على شكل شنيك و نقطعها بالخيط و نستفهم ف صينية الفرن مذهونة بالقليل من الزيت
نغطيه ونخليه يخمر لمدة 1 ساعة ونذهنو كما سبق وقلت باصفر البيض مع القليل من الحليب
ندخلو للفرن على نار متوسطة حتى يطيب من تحت و حتى من فوق
وهنا منين خرجتو من الفرن
نخليهم فوق شبكة حتى يبردو
و نقدمهم مزينين بالسكر كلاصي
نصائح:
-ضروري تحتارمو الوقت اللي ذكرت ديال تخمير العجينة
- منين يبقا ليكم مثلا للغذ و تبغيو تعاودو تاكلوه من الاحسن تدفيوه شوية فالفرن غير باش يعاود يدفا حتى التفاح
-بالنسبة اللي ماعندهاش باش تعبر 40 غ زبدة هاهو المقدار
- بالنسبة ل 40غ سنيدة تقريبا 4 معالق كبار
