2 طماطم
1 دنجال
فلفلة حمراء و فلفلة صفراء (حسب ذوقك)
ملحة - أبرار - تحميرة- كمون- اسكنجبير- الخرقوم البلدي ( الملون مادرتوش حيت مضر هههه)
القزبر و المعدنوس
معلقة صغيرة عصير حامض
شوية الحامض مصير مقطع أطراف صغار
2 فصوص الثومة
الزيت المائدة و زيت الزيتون ( نسيت ماصورتهًم)
الزيتون اخضر
ندوزو للطريقة
كانقطعو الفلفلة و الدنجال و الطماطم أطراف صغاار ونحطوهوم ونزيدو العطرية والمقادر المتبقية ماعدا القزبر والمعدنوس و الزيتون حتى لآخر لحضة ونزيدو الزيت البلدية ونخليوه حتا ينشف
للإشارة ماكانزيدوش الماء نهائيا هو كايطيب غير على نار مهيلة وبدون ماء
ملي كايطيب كانزيدو الزيتون و القزبر والمعدنوس والزيت الزيتون ونخليوه حتا يتشحر مزيان
هاهو ملي طاب
كانقدمو مع أي طبق كايجي بنيييين جربوه إن شاء الله يعجبكم
