كندير الخميرة والملحة الحيةفي انا كنخوي عليها الماء اكون سخون وكنخليها واحد ربع ساعة وكنزيد عليها الطحين هدا لي ف الزلافة هي المقدار ديال الخميرة باش كنعجن اربع خبزات ف الخبز ديال الفران واربعة فالبطبوط
كنزيد على الخميرة تلاتة اولا ربعة د الزلايف ديال القمح الكامل
وكنعجنو مزيااان العجينة تكون مرخوفة شوية
هاهو فاش عجنتو
عجنتو مع :17:45قرصتو مع 18:45وطيبتو مع19:15
هاهو في التقراص ماغليض ما رقيق متوسط
في الطياب كنجهد العافية ونحط الخبزة حتى تبدا دير بحال هكدا كنقلبها
هاهي فاش يا اله قلبتها وهادي فاش بدات كتنفخ
هاهو فاش طاب بالصحة والراحة نتمنى تجربوه حيت بنييين واحسن بكثير من البطبوط بالخميرة العادية وماكيكونش حامض اي استفسار مرحبا

السلام عليك و تبارك الله عليك الله يعطيك الصحة وطول العمر كيشهي بغيت نسولك واش مقدار الخميرة كيكون 1/3 وطحين 2/3 يعني الى درت زلافة خميرة ندير 2 زلاف طحين باش ميجينيش حامض حيتاش لخميرة لي عندك فالزلافة مبينش مزيان تقدري تكوني زوميتي عليها و بانش الحجم ديالها كنتمنى نكون عرفت نشرح ليك بغيت غير نعرف تقريبا مقدار خميرة مع طحين باش نتفادى الحموضة شوية سمحي ليا صدعتك الله يسهل عليك فهاد الجمعة
بارك الله فيك اختي مينوش انا درت زلافة خميرة و4 زلايف طحين ,نقوليك الطريقة باش كنعجن :مثلا الى عجنت اليوم وحيدت الخميرة ديال غدا هاد الخميرة لي حيدت ملي نبغي نعس كنزيد لها واحد الزلافة ديال الطحين وونجمعها بالماء ونغطيها ونخليها حتى للصباح كنلقاها تضاعف الحجم ديالها وكنعجن بها القدر لي بغيت ديال الخبز ممكن ندير به حتى 5دالخبزات بهاد الطريقة ماكيتعطلش في التخمار ومكيحماضش كنعجنو مع 9 وكنطيبو مع 12.نتمنى نكون شرحت مزيان اي سؤال مرحبا
